Red-tail shark bothering barbs, should I remove it?

I have a 29gal. with lots of driftwood and plants, with a redtail shark, 2 green barbs, some tetras, some guppies and a pleco. Since I got the red tail shark it has chased around the green barbs. Should I remove him from the tank? Neither barb has any visible damage, so I don't think the shark is hurting them, but still, it is very aggressive....
