Best apartment complexes in Santa Monica, Culver City, Beverly Hills, Burbank, and West Hollywood, California?

What are some good properties to live at/rent? I'm looking forward to getting an apartment out there but I need to know which complexes are safe, have security or are gated, covered and controlled parking, and rent between $1300 - $2100?
