First motorcycle? I have major bike bug. (250r, sv650, fz6, gladius)?

I have the bike bug and am tortured w. It! First I'm 6'1 150lbs and 21 yrs old. I want to get my license soon but don't know which bike I should get as a first bike. My dream bike is either the cbr600rr or a ducati streetfighter (very different bikes, I know) probably would lean more toward the 600rr. I'm taking msf and will always ride w. Full gear and I know how to drive a manual car well. I'm competant to push my dads Porsche cayman to redline and have fun w. It. I know riding a bike is different so I'm thinking get a used 250r and ride it till I can wring the piss out of it and be bored then upgrade to the 600rr. Does this sound like a good plan? Please let me know specifically is there are any sportbike riders here and what you started out on. Thanks! Ps I've been on a bicycle since 8 years old so mechanics are no issue. Basically I'm worried that the inline 4 motors are useless on the road even though Honda claims to have tuned the new 600rr to have more low and mid range power. I will be doing track days too so I'd like to have just one bike to use as a commuter and for fun. Would the fz6r be better as it's supposedly more comfy? I kind of like bein leaned over as I would be able to naturally be In a position to have the quickest reaction time. Also if this helps, my style of driving a cr is to ne'er be next to anyone and always look fo openings to weave into so I can be ahead of traffic (I drive with the attitude the everyone is a moron and I try to say away from them as much as possible) sorry for any typos, I had to type this on my iPod touch.
