What are American Sayings That are stereotyped?

What I mean to say is like, what are common quotes that a british person would say when they are doing an american accent? In America, if we are impersonating the Brits, we would say something along the lines of "Would you like a spot of tea and crumpets?" what do the Brits say when they impersonate an american?
