Does cancer moon take over your whole chart?

I have dealing with a confusing taurus for years. i looked up his chart and found he has a moon in cancer venus in pisces merc in taurus and mars in libra. he is so moody and pive aggressive. he is a homebody and extremely family orientated. i remember he told me his goal in life was to own a home and have his own family.
