HAS ANYONE SEEN A UFO?

Just thought i would ask a serious question,serious answers please...i myself seen what i deemed as a UFO on the outskirts of Glasgow in summer 1995...the skies were clear ans i noticed a twinkling glinting object,cigar shaped moving eerily slowly high in the summer sky, it was almost as if it was floating, then all of a sudden it changed course completely, then it shot away like nothing i have seen or know about on this planet...seriously quick.....please share your UFO sightings....thanks .
