Hockey goalie-specific move: How to?

I am a goalie and play rep A hockey. i kind of know how to recover from a erfly drop with both legs popping up at the same time. However, in game situations, i found it difficult to try this at such a fast pace. Any ideas on how to execute this move better? if not, how does everyone else do it. *answers from goalies who know how to do it please* [the way i do it is i lift my shoulders and upper-body up w/ my legs at the same time, and get my skates back on the ice] any practice techniques as to how to improve to this move aas well tthanks
