Pokemon soul silver which apricorn becomes a fast ball or ultra ball or dusk ball?

i am trying to catch all the legendary pokemon but my great ball or premier ball and even moon arent doing anything to catch entei and raikou now raikou is in its last hp while entei is now in its i think 4 hp .p.s that prof.oak isnt giving me any not even a master ball oh and also if you know how i can get that medicine for that evelved form of flaafy in the light house in oli vine city please let me know how to get the medicine for it and go to the other town the guy blocking the way to the ship keeeps saying theres an engine damage and we dont know when they will come back seriously whats up with that for 2 days i havnt completed the mission to get some stupid bitter tasting liquid for a stupid pokemon that makes a light in a light house that cant make me sleep for 2 hours and i mean in the real world not the game
