Why do I see so many feminist on GWS?

Generally make arguments against anti-fems based on the saying of a few radical ones or trolls, while generally ignoring or avoiding arguments from those rational, mature, anti-fems who make valid points in an adult way? It seems to me these would be the type you would want to have dialogue with to further understanding, but it appears many fems simple settle to attack the "low hanging fruit"
