How do I access my boss' website? PLEASE HELP!!?

My boss gave me the pwords but I have no idea what to do with them. I embellished a little on my resume because I have been out of work for so long and have 3 little boys to provide for. And now I have to start tomorrow and I have no idea how to access his website to make changes. I believe I can make the changes but if I can't access the site I know she'll be disappointed. Please can anyone help me?
