High beams glow orange when the truck is running?
add a battery cable -- bolt from the motor to the frame -- check the mounts of the alternator (Alt) and the adjustment mechanism for poor contact greasey area where bolted down ... ground the battery to the car body... clean the battery post connections .... and if the wires to the batt, connections are green or corroded that's a poor connection....... battery cables wire should be about the size of 1/2 inch inside the insulation .... if you have new cables and they were cheap ,,that is not a good connection ....... electricity travels two ways in the batt cabels ((( supply power to start car and back the other way to charge batt))) ... so ,,, all this problem that you have is likely the cables and some poor connections.... if you are using those batt post cable fixers,, you may want to reconsider and buy some good ""top of the line"" battery cables...
