My heart feels like its beating faster than normal.?

If you obsess over ur heart you will feel it is beating faster because with ur non stop thinking you send messages to ur nervous system that makes the heart prepare for the worst so it has nothing to do with ur heart but all with ur thinking a doom scenario like something is wrong with it......its ur mind so seem hyper sensitive or hypochindric so talk to someone who can deal with ur thinking.....
